中国政府专项奖学金
欢迎您向辽宁大学申请中国政府专项奖学金！本奖学金不向已经在华学习的留学生提供。
申请的学生类别限于本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生。
您必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（均为一式两份）：
2、经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
3、申请学习本科专业者，须提供经过公证的高中会考成绩单和学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
4、来华学习和研究计划（本科生不少于200字，研究生不少于500字），用中文或英文书写。
5、申请攻读硕士、博士学位者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。
6、年龄不满18周岁的申请人，需提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。
7、《外国人体格检查记录》(复印件)（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者），须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
8、护照复印件（有照片页）。
9、七张护照标准照片。
辽宁大学负责审查申请人的全部材料，请将全部申请材料邮寄到辽宁大学。无论录取与否，申请人材料均不退还。

Welcome applications to Liaoning University for Chinese Government Scholarship! The scholarship is not available to the international students who are studying in China at present.
Passing the selection, Liaoning University would recommend you to China Scholarship Council and help you to apply for Chinese Government Full Scholarship in 2009! For details of the
full scholarship, please read the “application Procedures for Chinese Government Sholarship”

Applicants could ONLY apply as Undergraduates, Master degree students or Doctoral degree students to study in Liaoning Unviersity on full scholarship.
You must fill in and provide the following materials truly and correctly (in duplicate).
2. Highest diploma (notarized photocopy). If applicants are university students or already employed, they should also provide documents of being unviersity students or on-post employees. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translations in Chinese or English.
3. Applicants for undergraduate studies are required to provide notarized copy of senior high school transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translations in Chinese or English.
4. A study or research plan in Chinese or in English (no less than 200 words for undergraduates,no less than 500 words for postgraduates).
5. Applicants overseas for master or doctoral degree studies must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.
6. Applicants under the age of 18 should submit the legal documents of their legal guardians in China.
7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (printed by Chinese quarantine authority and only for those whose period of studies in China lasts up to six months) filled in English. The medical examination must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The medical examination results will be valid for 6 months. All applicants are kindly requested to take this factor into consideration while determining the time to take the medical examination.
8. Photocopy of the passport (photo page).
9. Seven pieces of passport-quality Photos.
Liaoning University would investigate all application materials and please post all application materials to Liaoning Unviersity. Application materials will not be returned regardless of the result of application.

辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金生申请办法
为拓展辽宁高等教育国际合作领域，扩大辽宁高等学校的国际影响，进一步推动辽宁省高等教育对外开放，提高来辽宁学习的留学生层次，加快辽宁高等教育国际化步伐，特设立“辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金”。该奖学金为全额奖学金。
一、招生范围
世界各国志愿来辽宁大学攻读博士学位的留学生。
二、招生学校
辽宁大学
三、招生类别
学生类别为博士研究生。
四、奖学金期限
专业学习期限为3年，奖学金资助期限3年。
五、申请途径
申请人可直接向辽宁大学提出申请。
六、申请时间
秋季入学申请时间为当年的8月30日。
、申请人资格
申请者应具有硕士学位，学习成绩优秀，需要有两名教授的推荐，年龄不超过40周岁。
八、奖学金内容和标准
辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金为全额奖学金，包括：注册费、学费、实验费、实习费、基本教材费、住宿费（住宿不低于国内博士生标准）；综合保险；基本生活费；导师津贴费。按月发给奖学金生生活费，标准为1，500元人民币/月。
九、申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料：
（一）《辽宁省政府奖学金申请表》（由辽宁省教育厅统一印制）原件及复印件各一份，用中文或英文填写；
（二）经过公证的最高学历证明；如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明；中英文以外文本需附中文或英文的译文；
（三）HSK的成绩单（如无可不附）；
（四）学习、研究计划用中文或英文书写（不少于300字）；
（五）须提交两名教授的推荐信；用中文或英文书写；
（六）《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门同意印制）复印件；用英文填写；

十、专业选择
申请人可以申请1-2个志愿专业。博士专业设置请查询http://grs.lnu.edu.cn.
十一、录取及通知
申请人可直接向辽宁大学递交申请材料。辽宁大学对申请材料进行初审合格后，上报辽宁省教育厅，最后需经辽宁省教育厅评审批准后正式录取，并由辽宁大学通知申请人。辽宁省教育厅不受理个人申请。
